Can I request a specific stylist or technician?
Absolutely. Ask for them by name when you book. If they are unavailable, we will offer the next best match or the next open time.
How early should I arrive?
A few minutes before your appointment is perfect. It gives you time to settle in and talk through what you want before the service starts.
What happens if I am running late?
Call us as soon as you know. We will do our best to fit your full service in, though a very late arrival may mean adjusting or rescheduling so the next client is not kept waiting.
What is the cancellation policy?

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, and for color corrections and major changes we require one. It is the only honest way to quote time and cost for complex work.
How should I prepare for a color appointment?
Come with your hair in its normal state and be ready to share your color history, including box dye. The more we know, the better the result.
How do bridal bookings work?
