Salon Policies
The short version: communicate with us and we will always work with you. The longer version is below.
Appointments
Appointments are scheduled by phone at (910) 754-9477 or through a booking request on this site. When you book, we set aside the time your service actually needs, so please tell us everything you would like done in one visit.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Plans change, and we understand. Please give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 24 hours, so we can offer your time to another client. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments; we will always tell you before that applies to you.
Late arrivals
If you are running late, call us. We will do our best to complete your full service. A significantly late arrival may mean shortening or rescheduling the service so the clients after you start on time.
Consultations & big changes
Color corrections and major transformations require an in-person consultation before we book the full service. This protects your hair and gives you an honest quote for time and cost before anything begins.
Service adjustments
If something about your service is not right, contact us promptly, ideally within a few days, and we will arrange to look at it and make an adjustment. We would much rather fix it than have you unhappy.
Gift cards
Gift cards are arranged in the salon or by phone and can be used toward any service. For balance questions or concerns about a specific card, call us.
Children & guests
We love meeting your family, and we also want every client to be able to relax. If you plan to bring children or a guest to your appointment, mention it when you book so we can plan seating and timing.
Health & safety
Please tell your stylist or technician about allergies, skin sensitivities, and anything else that could affect your service. Stations and tools are cleaned between clients.
Personal belongings
Please keep valuables with you. We take care around your things, but the salon cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Bridal & group bookings
Wedding parties and groups are planned ahead with a confirmed schedule. Details, including any deposit for large bookings, are agreed when we plan your date.
